I am enjoying a new look at the artistry and repertoire of Bill Evans. It was 40 years ago that I started immersing myself into the music and stylings of a handful of the prominent jazz pianists of the time. Bill was one of them. There were a few others that I felt more passionate about because they were younger and playing cutting edge and/or electric music. But Bill's music crept into my style and has influenced me over a longer period of time now. Yeah.
